Suzan is managing a project and there are 50 members in her team. One of the team members was supposed to email her very important documents until noon. It's already 1pm and Suzan calls this team member to find out why he hasn't emailed the documents. The team member says that, unfortunately, his computer is still down and he will bring the documents to Suzan later. He also reminds Suzan that he informed her about it in the morning and said that probably he would need to personally deliver the documents in the evening.
